Some of my adverts have won awards but I'm not sure that counts. Where are all these voicework competitions with enough awards to go round the whole industry?! Everyone is a coach too!
This isn't a dig, I think it's a sort of arms race. Like Coca-Cola and Pepsi both pouring billions into advertising just to keep parity.
Perhaps we need some kind of award armistice,

A few weeks ago I got an email from BBC Radio Shropshire. The Voice Actor for Mario had retired and they wondered if Shrewsbury had any voiceover artists working in its surrounds. They found me!
So, they invited me on live to have a chat with one of the presenters, Mark Elliott. A lovely chap who made it all less daunting.
